Hello Everyone! Buenos Dias! Bom Dia! 안녕하세요! 你好! My name is Ms. Natasha and I am your certified trainer and instructor. Welcome to my blog Leadership & Language Insights where you can read all about English as a Second language, Leadership Development or Training Essentials. I'll do my best to keep you engaged and informed about these three areas as they are all near and dear to me.

Let me start by telling you a little bit about who we are and what we do as an organization. Our mission is to provide high quality learning experiences and support learners interested in leadership, language or training development. We do this by increasing confidence, autonomy and competency levels of each learner. Leadership & Language is committed to supporting learners with relevant, authentic and engaging experiences.

We offer three learning & development tracks. Our Bilingual Brains track is dedicated to language learning. We offer ESL services for Everyday English, Academic English and Business English where you can learn about things like grammar, test prep, reading comprehension, writing or pronunciation. We also focus on English Language Arts (ELA) which is the English we learn in grades K-12. Our Master Minds track is dedicated to leadership development. We offer services to teens, young professionals and experienced professionals looking to develop soft skills, autonomy, communication, goal setting, strategic thinking and more. Our Development Dives track is dedicated to training essentials and provides learners with services designed to build skills around all things training design & delivery and training transfer.

We offer online services and some in person services in Houston, TX. We accept learners from anywhere in the world. Leadership & Language is committed to learning & development and we are here to help you achieve your goals. We want to see you succeed and are ready to support you so you can shine bright.

I have a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Arts in Education, specializing in Curriculum & Instruction, and I have taken doctoral courses and done research on leadership development and training. Like many of my learners, I speak three languages and am learning more everyday. I love how learning languages helped strenghten my connection to people world wide. Learning languages allowed me to learn about language, culture, values, music, food, history and how we are more alike than most of us realize. I am committed to lifelong learning and am a firm believer that we must advocate for ourselves and work hard to transform our goals into the reality we want for ourselves. We start doing this by making informed decisions, learning about what to learn and how we learn best, and by surrounding ourselves with people who are supportive of us.

I look forward to working with you all and helping you to achieve your development goals. Starting a new business, just like learning, takes time and must happen one step at a time.
