About Us

Natasha Jobbagy, CEO & President

Leadership & Language, LLC was founded by Natasha Jobbagy.  Like many of you, Ms. Jobbagy has experience learning other languages, lived and studied abroad, and was even shy herself about speaking a new language and making mistakes.  Ms. Jobbagy speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese and recently started learning Korean and Chinese.  Her passion for languages and learning is what motivated and inspired her to open her own business and pursue her graduate degrees.

Ms. Jobbagy has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, A Masters of Arts in Education, specializing in Curriculum & Instruction and is working on her Doctor of Management where she is learning all about leadership development and training design & delivery.  She is ATD certified as a Training Design & Delivery professional and actively seeks out new ways to develop herself.  Ms. Jobbagy has worked with at risk youth, drop out prevention, adult basic education, with ESL and as a dedicated tutor.

During her time in these roles she began to understand how important it is to advocate for yourself and make yourself your priority.  It was also then that she realized how much she enjoyed helping other people grow and achieve their development goals.  Her love for languages has helped her connect with people and build meaningful relationships.

Our goal at Leadership & Language, LLC isn't to just teach you the basics for survival.  Our goal is to see you grow and we want to see you succeed.  We see growth, learning and being multilingual as positive things and we are committed to helping you shine.  We will celebrate your achievements no matter how small and help you to build your competency in leadership, language or training.

Partnerships

Are you a supporter of multilingual education, leadership or training development initiatives?  Yes, then we want to hear from you and see how we might support each other. Leadership & Language would like to support organizations and/or individuals who are committed to development and/or need practical experience in any of our three main development areas: leadership, language, or training.  Contact us and let’s talk about your ideas or explore the possibilities for partnership together.  One way we might work together is through internships for individuals who need practice working with English Language Learners, creating social media content, facilitating, creating e-courses or developing trainings.

If this sounds like something you’d like to work on with us, please contact us at info@leadershipandlanguage.org.
