Emergent leaders are young adult professionals who have some experience but want to develop themselves in their current roles or for promotion into positions which require more developed leadership skills. Experienced leaders have been working for some time and need targeted development around key competencies. As experienced professionals, we may have a good understanding of a particular competency but are now being asked to apply it differently which can be more challenging to navigate.
